Relay training, Upplandsberget (17-01-2015)

a first harder training after another week with bronchitis and antibiotics. Old snow, tough going. ALWAYS fastest to follow tracks but did try to think for myself. Some interesting differences to where i thought i went, esp big mistake at 9 (thought it was a gradual drift downhill from the line, seems like a clear moment when lost concentration and direction). Few times when felt like it was going smoothly, too much effort trying to fight the terrain to give the O enough attention (recurring problem). stopped early to warm down on the last bit, don't want to push too far just yet.
