KRV-1 (05/07/2015)

KRV-1. Technically ok run, except number 9, but physically a struggle. Some hesitation also on the way to number 1 and 2. Running felt like from a slow motion movie and I was not able to pick up the pace before after the half way. Nice to get an opening for the legs and lungs though, I hope it will be better in the following days..
